Essentia ensures priority mattress delivery by collaborating with some of the largest and most reliable transportation companies in the world.

Pillow only orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS.

Delivery can take as little as 2-3 days if your products are in stock. In other cases it can take 1-3 weeks from purchase to delivery as all our mattresses are hand crafted and distributed from the East coast. (both New York and Quebec)




Standard Delivery:
Our no-fee standard delivery includes delivery of the mattress to the front door of your house or building entrance.


Preparing for Delivery
Deliveries arrive between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. 1-3 days prior to delivery, you will be contacted by our transportation company to set up a convenient delivery date and time. If you are unable to be present during the scheduled delivery time, please have a responsible person present to inspect, accept and sign for the delivery.

Should your home not be accessible to the delivery staff, your merchandise will be delivered to the nearest access point. It will be your responsibility to provide further means of transportation from that point to your home.


White Glove Delivery:
For an additional $200, your new mattress will be unpacked and carried to the room of your choice. Packaging materials will also be removed and disposed of. Assembly and exisiting mattress removal are not included. After determining that the items will fit in your home please clear a passage for the items, making sure the final location of these items is free of any obstructions.

* Delivery can only be ensured if there is full and complete access to the area. In order to avoid damages to your home or purchased product(s), delivery will be made to the nearest accessible area should there be limited access to the original destination.


All returns must be made with the original box and packaging.
