EssentiaDirect.com offers premium quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 90 days of receipt for refund, exchange or credit.

All items are returnable within 90 days of receipt for a full refund. Both mattresses and pillows require a nominal restocking fee which represents 10% of the purchase price. Refunds are issued once the merchandise has been received and inspected. We arrange for transportation and the restocking fee goes towards returning the goods and re-stocking them.

Please state your reason for return in a small note and including a copy of your invoice is required.
